If you’ve been following for a while—or even a little bit—you’ll know that I’ve been working out since January. I’ve stuck to it since and have gotten a pretty good hang of it, I’d say. So much so that over the past few months, I’ve come up with a list of the things that are essential to me and my workouts and may help those of you who are exploring working out or need a refresher course.
Of course, I’m subscribed to Cassie’s YouTube channel because I am obsessed with YouTube. She recently posted this video and I love that she poses questions for her viewers to answer. I wanted to take the challenge on and share it with you. Watch the video and answer the questions and when you’re done, you can scroll down and read my answers.
I’m always on the hunt for a good book to read. When I was a kid, I would go through so many books in a month, it was almost unreal. I remember specifically it was Wednesdays because, surprise, I was a part of a book club.
In today’s post, I share with you a few of the books I’ve read this year and one all-time favorite that I always mention, along with a mini synopsis of each.

Recently I’ve challenged myself to change the way I view things, which include people and situations.
Just keep swimming! I’ve always been one to be defeated easily, but I am learning that I must persevere if I ever want to reach my goals and aspirations. Here is a little note to remind us to keep pushing forward. Slow progress is better than no progress and quitting isn’t progressive!
