As a kid, summer vacation seemed to last forever. I got to visit family, go to amusement parks, and hang out with friends. It felt like I had enough time to do all of those things twice over and still have time to get my mind right for school being back in session. Fast forward to today, I notice everyday that we lose a minute of sunlight and the drastic temperature drop during the night and day. Summer, why you no last longer!?
Raspberries are no longer on sale, we’ve lost about 45 minutes of daylight and the temperature lows are in the 60s. Summer, is that you slipping away?
I almost started this post by saying, “I recently moved”, but it’s been over a year since I’ve been in a new space and I still have yet to finish decorating. Finally I decided to take a step towards finishing the interior decorating and tackled the easiest protect first; framed fabrics.
For my birthday, I decided to show off and get acrylic tips. It sounded like a good idea at the time and, honestly, I don’t regret it. I had a look in mind and because I usually keep my nails super short, I needed a boost to achieve it.
Ever since my mom was in charge of making sure I was clean, clothed, and fed, I’ve been using Secret as my go-to deodorant. As I got older and learned about the confirmed and unconfirmed dangers of the main ingredient in most deodorants, aluminum, I decided I wanted to make informed decisions about something that I was applying to my body every single day.
Calling all curly girls and guys!
I like to consider myself a crafty person, especially since I always wanted cool things but never really had the funds to buy them. Not to mention, it is more fun to make things yourself (also, major bragging rights).
